This year, we connected with thousands of professionals through a rich lineup of online and in-person events.
Our team delivered talks and learning sessions across:
Germany, the UK, the UAE, Norway, Ireland, the Netherlands, Azerbaijan, Poland, Lithuania, as well as across multiple global online stages.
These engagements strengthened our international community and supported leaders navigating transformation in a rapidly changing world.

We launched a new generation of AI-Native education, accredited by Scaled Agile, Inc.

• AI-Native Foundations helps professionals adopt AI-native ways of working from day one.
• AI-Native Change Agent supports leaders in driving transformation using AI-powered practices.

These programs mark a major leap forward in shaping an AI-empowered professional landscape.

We transformed and expanded our core training offering by adapting the ICP-APM program into:
Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM) + AI-Enhanced Practice.

This new version equips participants with modern delivery skills and practical AI-powered tools to elevate project execution and decision-making.

To support our fast-growing German-speaking community, we delivered a record number of public German-language training sessions for: ICP, ICP-BAF, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICP-SYS, ICP-AHR, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, and ICP-LEA.

These programs make world-class Agile education more accessible to leaders and practitioners across the DACH region.

This year, we proudly launched and accredited a dedicated Coaching Conversations Micro-Credential - a focused, high-impact program designed to strengthen coaching mastery and elevate communication practices across organizations.

We also introduced “AI for Product Strategy”, a practical micro-credential that helps you spot opportunities, shape product initiatives, and prioritize with confidence using AI.

This year marked a meaningful milestone - AgileLAB proudly celebrated 10 years of partnership with ICAgile.
A decade of collaboration, shared growth, and commitment to advancing high-quality Agile education worldwide.

We expanded our resource library with a collection of new downloadable tools, templates, and guides designed to support practitioners, leaders, and organizations on their transformation journey.
These materials make it even easier to apply new skills, structure strategic work, and accelerate change.
