Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)

About the training
The course focuses primarily on the mindset and role of an agile team facilitator, while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes.

Through obtaining this certification, course participants will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams. In addition, participants will build their facilitator toolkits and gain experience facilitating specific agile practices most relevant to their organizational context.
The training program is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). The course is designed for advanced participants with experience in team work and relevant theoretical knowledge. At the end of the training, participants receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) personal certificate (ICP-ATF) which is recognized worldwide.

Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) is one of the blocks in the Agile Coaching track of the ICAgile training roadmap.

16 hours of training
Two day intensive training with a lunch break, coffee breaks every hour and a half.
We implement the theory by practice, working in small groups of 4-5 people.
PDU/SEU Points
By attending this course you will be eligible to earn up to 15 Category C SEU Points and 14 PDU Points of continuing education.

Leading an Agile team to a successful result as the main objective of the Agile facilitator; methods for achieving it:

  • Planning and other iteration activities
