Leading SAFe prepares you to lead a Lean-Agile transformation, align strategy with execution, and use AI as an accelerant for value and flow. You learn to align the organization around clear objectives, move from traditional hierarchies to teams organized around value, and run PI Planning so teams and departments share one cadence.
SAFe Agilist is a foundational certification. Scaled Agile lists no prerequisites. The exam is 90 minutes, 45 questions, 80% to pass. Keeping the credential requires at least 12 CEUs each year. Attending opens the exam and the learning plan; it does not replace passing.
