About the School

The Agile Coaching School is an intensive online training programme of over 60 hours. The School takes the form of 2 months, three evening classes a week for 3 hours each.

Agile approaches are becoming a vital tool for solving the problems of modern businesses. The role of an Agile coach becomes critical when implementing and developing Agile practices in a company.

We at AgileLAB have decided to launch an evening Agile Coaching School to help you gain all the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills needed to start your career as an Agile Сoach. As well as to deepen and broaden your existing knowledge and improve your skills to help develop essential competencies for Agile Coaching, thus enhancing your career prospects.

The School's trainers are internationally recognised practitioners who successfully combine their training activities with work in leading companies. Therefore, the training participants get direct experience based on actual working cases.

The programme is designed by the School's trainers.

What the participants will get

AgileLAB Certificate
Participants will receive an Agile Product Owner School certificate from AgileLAB
ICP-ATF International Certificate
Attendees who have actively participated in the training will receive an international certificate, ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) and a profile on ICAgile.com.
Over 40 hours of training
The training programme is designed for two months — 3 evening classes per week for 3 hours each. Live-Online courses in mini-groups conducted by professional trainers.
Post-pack
Access to all materials that will be used during the training + some additional materials, a list of articles and literature for self-study.
Bonus
Each participant gets a one-hour mentoring session with a coach (approximate market value 150 EUR) to solve personal problems or to further develop and grow as an Agile Product Owner.
Recording
Video recordings of all theoretical modules will be available for Agile Coaching School participants. Access will remain open for three months from the start of the training.

Training methods

The training takes place in an interactive and multimedia format: the trainers supervise the session and use all types of information (text, illustrations, videos, games) to help structure and memorise the material.

We use Zoom.us as a broadcasting platform to create a dynamic similar to an offline event. During the training, participants work in pairs or small groups.

We use Miro as a tool for the different tasks. In this way, we visualise all the games and exercises to achieve the maximum possible engagement characteristic of our offline training sessions.
