In order to get most of the certificates, you need to attend all the classes and fully participate. In some cases, you need to take an online test.

Yes, all our trainers are expert practitioners. They only share working methods that were successfully implemented in their projects.

No. But before some classes, we send out pre-reading materials, but special preparation is not required.

You can earn PDU points as well as SEU, but for this, you need to contact the relevant organization.

Yes, you can pay by invoice for any training. Simply go to the training page and select "register with invoice", fill in the form and we will make a personal invoice for your company.

We are all already living in a VUCA world. Many companies are having to adjust to new ways of working. But in times of uncertainty, business agility provides stability—a way to manage change and respond productively. It's the difference between how an agile organization operates in uncertain markets versus how traditional organizations do it. There is research that shows that "old-style" managers are the biggest obstacle in transitioning to an agile way of working. So when an organization adopts agile, not only team members and project managers need to learn new practices, but managers and leaders too must adapt a new approach.

This is an advanced level course, so participants should have some work experience in at least one agile framework.

The training program is completely developed by our seasoned coaches, based on many years of hands-on experience of leadership in organisations on the business agility journey and accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile).

Our trainers will share real cases and practices, so during the course, you will create your personal leader's Action Book, which will help you put the new knowledge and skills as well as improve your own emotion-intelligence and self-awareness into practice.

In order to participate in the training and get the (ICP-LEA) certificate you do not need to take any additional courses. However, we want participants to get the most out of our training, and for this, they need a specific background. Please note that this is an advanced-level course, so participants should have some work experience in at least one agile framework.
