First in the CIS accredited trainer by the International Consortium for Agile (icagile.com). One of the first ten certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) consultants in CIS countries.

Timofey has been involved in the training and implementation of Agile development methods since 2007. He has many years of experience in consulting and crisis management in development teams, as well as extensive experience in the optimization of business processes.

Timofey is a blog author and a frequent speaker at a multitude of international conferences. He is actively engaged in social activities to popularize Agile project management methods, organizes thematic events, master classes, trainings, and educational programs about Agile-development and self-improvement.
