Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) is a hands-on, activity-based course where students explore Professional Scrum and develop an understanding of the critical role that the Product Owner plays on the Scrum Team. Throughout the class, students learn a number of Product Ownership practices that they can use once they leave the classroom while also receiving an introduction to Agile Product Management.
At the end of the training, each participant is invited to a closed group on Facebook, where they can ask the trainers any questions, as well as learn about exclusive offers.

16 hours of training
Two days from 9 to 17 with a break for lunch, coffee breaks every hour and a half. The theory will be put into practice, working in small groups of 4-5 people.

Managing Products with Agility - The emphasis on managing products with agility, including topics such as forecasting and release planning, product vision, product value, product backlog management, business strategy, stakeholders, and customers.
Product Owner Accountabilities - Understanding the responsibilities and accountabilities of the Product Owner on the Scrum Team
Aligning the Team - Techniques for aligning the team around the business strategy, product vision, Product Goal, and Sprint Goal
Bridging Business Strategy to Product Execution - Understanding the importance of aligning business strategy to product execution using Scrum and the role of the Product Owner in this process
Tracking Value Creation - Identifying metrics to track value creation and successful product delivery, and techniques for interacting with stakeholders, customers, and members of the Scrum Team.
