Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)

The Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track. It is 3 days of intensive full-time study in the tools and methods of coaching Agile-team. From the basics of Agile Mindset to the real immersion in individual and team coaching. The training is structured as follows: based on the theory, participants complete practical exercises, and independently solve assigned tasks, moving from mistakes to knowledge.
The trainers are international practitioners who successfully combine coaching with work in leading companies. Therefore, participants in the course gain direct experience on the basis of real, working cases.
Participants who actively work throughout the training receive an ICAgile Certified Professional — Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) international certificate.

The basic concepts of coaching, as well as the differences between Agile-coaching and classical coaching:

  • Support of a self-organizing team.
2. Tools and Methods of Coaching
Understanding Coach Tools in the context of an Agile team:
  • Work with various team practices;
  • Work with large and heterogeneous groups;
  • Introduction to Coaching Tools and Techniques.
3. Agile Coaching Practices
Support to the company in achieving a positive result as the main object of the Agile coach and methods for achieving it:
  • Coach as Facilitator of organization level events;
  • Agile transformation launch
  • Work with top management in the organization;
  • Coach as Mentor;
  • Coach as Teacher.

Timofey is a management consultant for the implementation of Agile / Lean approaches and methods, and one of the few certified consultants of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in Ukraine. He's spent more than 17 years in the IT industry, with more than 12 of those years as a project manager.
Since 2008, he has been training and implementing Agile development methods. Timofey has many years of experience advising and managing crisis situations in development teams, and extensive experience in optimizing business processes for companies.
Timofey is the author of Russian speaking blog The Improved Methods and English speaking AgileLean.proand is a permanent speaker of many international conferences. He conducts active social activities to popularise Agile methods of project management and organises thematic events, master classes, trainings, and programs on Agile development and self-development.
Timofey now works as an Agile Delivery director by initiating and streamlining all projects in the organisation with Agile methods.
Nastassia Krupiankova

Scrum Master/Agile Coach

Nastassia has more than 13 years of experience in software development on various positions. Her main responsibility is coaching teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters in adoption and implementation of Agile practices.
Nastassia is ICAgile Certified Professional in Program and Portfolio Management, Agile Project Management and Agile Team Facilitation. She is also certified as Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org) and SAFe 4.0 Agilist.
What you get as a participant
21 hours of training
Intensive training will cover the required learning outcomes for this certification in approximately 21 hours of instructional activities over the course of three days.

Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the cost of the training. A vegetarian menu is also available.
ICP-ACC Certificate
Participants who actively work throughout the training receive an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) international certificate and a personal profile on ICAgile.com.
After training support
At the end of the training, each participant is invited to a closed group on Slack, where they can ask the trainers any questions, as well as learn about exclusive offers.

The training program is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile).
