ARE THE AGILE COURSES ACCREDITED?
We provide author's training courses accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) and licensed by OKR Consortium, Scaled Agile Inc, Management 3.0, etc.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?
Usually, within a few days after the course completion, ICAgile will send you your certificate.

DO I NEED TO TAKE AN EXAM TO ACHIEVE A CERTIFICATE?
It all depends on the course. Training courses accredited by the international consortium ICAgile, OKR Consortium, and Management 3.0 do not require an exam. It is only necessary to participate actively in the process and show the coach an understanding of the material. To be certified by SAFe, you must pass an online test conducted by Scaled Agile.

WHAT ARE LIVE COURSES?
Only live events with a certified trainer are usually certified by internationally recognized bodies.

HOW IS THE VIRTUAL PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM THE IN-CLASS PROGRAM?
The only difference is how the content is delivered, meaning that you can follow the online program from your home or office instead of being present in a classroom. ICAgile recognizes the quality of our online classes as the first accredited in Remote Delivery and has set quality standards for all other MTOs (Member Training Organizations).

ARE PDU AND SEU POINTS EARNED FOR TRAINING?

WHICH COURSE SEQUENCE IS THE BEST?
It isn't easy to give a general answer to this question. If you already have previous experience and are interested in the knowledge of a specific role and the associated activities, the online courses for Agile Facilitator, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Product Managersor Agile Leader are certainly the right choice for you.

If you are new to agile and want to learn the basics, the Agile Fundamentals course will be right for you.

Yes, we do. For corporate training, please contact info@agilelab.de. We offer a discount on consulting services for companies who have yet to work with us!

The training is conducted only by an accredited (certified) trainer. All trainers are experts in their field and have many years of experience in agile methods and ways of working. Each of them goes on to work in the field with real teams on real projects with a different focus, such as a focus on hardware, medicine & pharmaceuticals, or marketing.
