14 teams
from multiple development centers: London, Chennai, Phoenix, Seattle, Irvine.
Stable and predictable team level delivery, with no cross-team features delivery for the last 6 months.
2+ years development horizon.
Team use Scrum, Kanban, Ad-Hoc development.

Solution
Scaled Agile Framework as a basic framework communication and cross team dependency resolution.
1.5 months PI cadence, with one-week iterations.
Development Center Rotation (DCR) and Virtual Conference DCR (VC DCR) events for each innovation sprint.
Kickoff for the ART just before the first PI planning.
Onboarding of the key roles in advance.
