In support of this goal, ICAgile made the following three updates to the Agile Coaching course (ICP-ACC). The updated matrix can be found attached for easy reference.

What Has Changed:
1️⃣ New Learning Outcome (LO) 1.1.6 Ethical considerations for agile coaching. The new LO ensures a deeper understanding of the impact coaches can have on individuals, teams, and organizations.

2️⃣ Updated language in Theme 2.2: The Coaching Conversation: Replaced “issue” with “topic” to reinforce more neutral language in the conversation.

3️⃣ Updated language in Theme 3.1 Key Mentoring Skills: Replaced “advice” with “options” to align with the intention of the mentoring conversation.
