Training for Scrum Masters. During the course, we will take a deep dive into the essence of Scrum as a framework and the role of a Scrum Master. AgileLab's training is practice- oriented and interactive with numerous exercises, so participants will get an excellent basis for the effective use of the Scrum framework and working in the role of a Scrum Master.
The training program is accredited by scrum.org. At the end of the training, participants will gain access to the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) exam and two attempts to pass the exam.

16 hours of training
Two days from 9 to 17 with a break for lunch, coffee breaks every hour and a half. The theory will be put into practice, working in small groups of 4-5 people.
