About the training
Professional Agile Leadership Essentials™ (PAL-E) is a hands-on, activity based class in which managers and leaders of agile teams gain a strong understanding of how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to create the conditions for great agility.

At the end of the training, participants will gain access to the The Professional Agile LeadershipTM (PAL I) exam and two attempts to pass the exam.
Training is useful for
  • Leaders sponsoring an Agile transformation or involved in the adoption of Agility in their organizations
  • Managers or leaders responsible for developing people on Scrum teams
  • Leaders of one or more Scrum Teams including Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other leaders on Scrum Teams
Training helps to:
  • develop a deep understanding of the role that leaders play in creating the conditions for a successful agile environment.
  • learn how to form and support agile teams to achieve better results, and how to lead the cultural and behavioral changes that organizations must make to reap the benefits of an agile product delivery approach.
What you get as a participant
  • PAL I certificate
    Participants gain access to the exam Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) with two attempts to pass this exam. Please note that attending the course does not guarantee to pass the exam.
  • Post-pack
    A letter with additional materials, a list of articles and literature for self-study.
  • Access to Facilitation Tools
    You will get access to facilitation tools and PDF files with the results of exercises.
  • 16 hours of training
    Two days from 9 to 17 with a break for lunch, coffee breaks every hour and a half. The theory will be put into practice, working in small groups of 4-5 people.
  • PDU/SEU Points
    By attending this course you will be eligible to earn up to 15 Category C SEU Points and 14 PDU Points of continuing education.
