Implementing SAFe is the SAFe Practice Consultant certification. You learn to implement the Framework, teach it, and use role-specific AI to read flow, see strategic patterns, and sustain change. The certification gives you the authority to teach SAFe courses.
Level: advanced. Scaled Agile recommends SAFe for Teams and Leading SAFe first. The exam is 120 minutes, 83% to pass. At AgileLAB the class is four days, live online. Attendance opens the exam; it does not replace passing.
