Over the last 4 years, Andy led teams of Agile Coaches to successful transformations in banks, telecoms, and technological startups. Before that, Andy practiced Scrum, Kanban, Agile at Scale, Coaching, People Management, and Account Management in software outsourcing for over a decade.
