The game, based on the lego4scrum methodology, allows you to experience the cycle of product co-creation by several teams using the SCRUM framework in an interactive and practical way. Particularly relevant for those planning to implement a scrum framework or its elements in the company, to live through exactly how the process of iterative product creation is built.
Who should participate?
  • potential or active Scrum Masters and Product Owners;
  • members of product teams.
The workshop is designed for participants who want to get to know Scrum, have already taken their first steps and/or want a breath of fresh air in their daily work.

    Coffee breaks every hour and a half.
    The theory is consolidated through practice, working in small groups.

In the program
Participants will experience all the stages of product creation, by building a city with the help of LEGO™ elements other auxiliary materials (e.g. paper, pens).
  • Building cross-functional teams;
  • Creating a product vision and release plan;
  • Establishing the product backlog, clarifying, detailing and prioritising it with the Product Owner;
  • Planning iterations together by multiple teams with participation of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development team;
  • Backlog running by teams in short iterations;
  • Demonstration of product increment by teams on execution of iteration and getting feedback from the Product Owner;
  • Retrospective in teams after each iteration.
The game ends with an overview of the SCRUM framework, the main elements of the framework, a discussion of participants' observations along the way and a Q&A session.
