The Leading with Agile (ICP-LEA) is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agility in Leadership track. It is designed for professionals at any level of an organization who want to develop skills related to personal agility, relationship agility, and leading change and transformation.


Advanced 3-day course for leaders in Agile organisations with a deep immersion in Agile Leadership.


The course explains how to develop leadership capabilities, particularly for those interested in leading in an organization on a business agility journey and for those who want to create a team environment that boosts business agility. It is for anyone who wants to learn how to lead in a VUCA environment and to become an efficient leader that modern organizations and teams need.

The ICAgile Certified Professional certification in Adaptive Org Design (ICP-ORG) is part of the ICAgile's Organizational Enablement track and offers Adaptive Org Design— a certified training to address necessary organizational design changes.

Leading with Agile (ICP-LEA) helps to:

During the course of this training, you will undertake a full journey:

Adaptive Org Design (ICP-ORG) helps to:
  • Understand what your organizational design should cover and what aspects you should consider to develop it;
  • Assess how adaptive every part of your organization should be and decide what individual parts require transformation;
  • Understand how to build a self-organizing system that does not require any complex, long, and costly transformation projects;
  • Assess critically consultants' suggestions and understand the world of Agile frameworks and models;
  • Understand what changes, if any, you should introduce to your culture to improve adaptiveness;
  • Make a diagram of your organization's structure and visualize it to see hidden, resource-consuming, ineffective processes, teams, or communications and to plan their transformation;
  • Determine the first steps to start transforming your organization towards adaptive design.
