About the training
The nature of leadership has changed. The longstanding top-down, directive style of leadership is not successful in the current, adaptive work environment. These environments require a paradigm shift in leaders and their understanding of what constitutes effective leadership.
This course focuses on developing leaders who are adaptive and agile in their leadership style. This is where leaders learn to lead themselves first and create an environment that will allow agility to thrive.
The Leading with Agility certification is valuable to anyone wishing to learn about the paradigm shifts necessary to lead in adaptive environments and to develop relevant leadership capabilities.
This certification was specifically designed for leaders where one or more of the following criteria apply:
Leaders or aspiring leaders at any level in an organization
People at any level who lead or aspire to lead in an organization on a business agility journey
Leaders who see the value of growing an agile organization, and are committed to developing themselves as agile leaders in order to achieve that aim.
Training helps to
optimize for increased innovation and accelerated learning to survive and continue to remain relevant;
introduce different approaches and models for leadership to foster awareness of the participants' personal leadership style and help them develop an awareness of how to expand their leadership range;
learn models for emotional intelligence in enough detail to gain a general familiarity with the "personal competence" aspects of emotional intelligence and identify one's, own mental models;
learn what agile values are and why they are needed to develop organizational agility, how emergent agile values may conflict with values long existent in organizational culture;
gain a general familiarity with the different aspects of emotional intelligence in the context of Agile organizations;
master the how transformation is different from sponsored change initiatives;
identify the differences between managing and leading change and both why and how leadership grows more important as uncertainty increases (i.e. co-creation of strategies and desired outcomes, bolstering a learning culture by shortening feedback loops and celebrating failure, etc.).
At the end of the training, each participant is invited to a closed group on Facebook, where they can ask the trainers any questions, as well as learn about exclusive offers.

16 hours of training
Two days from 10 to 18 with a lunch break, coffee breaks every one hour and a half. We fix the theory by practice, working in small groups of 4-5 people.

Her main responsibility is coaching teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters in adoption and implementation of Agile practices. Nastassia is ICAgile Certified Professional in Program and Portfolio Management, Agile Project Management and Agile Team Facilitation. She is also certified as Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org) and SAFe 4.0 Agilist.
