He has been practicing Agile since 2007 in team coaching roles working with start-ups, agencies, consultancies and governmental departments.Using a mixture of coaching, training and mentoring, Gabriel has guided and advised leadership and executives on their journey towards agility and has supported many new and established organisations through agile transitions.Gabriel has helped many teams and individuals understand new concepts and overcome barriers while enabling them to clarify and visualise processes to maximise value and aid understanding on how to apply Agile principles in often complex environments.
