Delivery Management

ENSURE DELIVERY EXCELLENCE.
The Delivery Management Track introduces core agile concepts such as servant leadership, adaptive planning, frequent feedback for learning, and a focus on value-driven versus plan-driven delivery. Courses compare and contrast agile management with traditional management approaches and give participants principles and tools to apply in their teams and organizations. Learning outcomes focus on delivering agile projects as well as applying agile management principles beyond projects to programs, portfolios, and broader organizational contexts. The knowledge-based certifications on this track are Agile Project and Delivery Management and Delivery at Scale.
This track is developed for:
Existing and new Delivery Managers using any approach will gain the most from the first knowledge-based certification on this track. The more advanced content targets those managing agile delivery at scale across programs and portfolios. Delivery Managers who wish to build deep competence and differentiate themselves from their peers should pursue the competency-based expert certification.
We provide author's training courses accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile), as well as licensed by Scaled Agile Inc, Kanban University, Management 3.0 B.V. and etc.

Online Training Methodology

The ONLINE training program is designed in such a way that it creates the feeling of an audience event since we adapted the material to the format of virtual training as much as possible.

We are sure that by virtue of advanced technologies, experience and discipline of AgileLAB team, the traditional efficiency of our trainings will be preserved in new conditions.

The training takes place in an interactive and multimedia format: we personally control the course of the session and try to use all kinds of information (text, illustrations, videos), which allows us to structure and remember the knowledge we have gained. We use Zoom.us as a broadcast platform, this allows us to control the dynamics of a group very similar to an offline event. We work both in pairs and in small groups.

During the lesson, we use Google Draw and Miro as tools for performing various tasks, so we visualize all our games and exercises and achieve the highest possible involvement, which characterizes our offline trainings.

What you get as a participant:

Certificate
Participants who actively work throughout the training receive the ICAgile Certified Professional personal certificate which is recognized worldwide and a personal profile on ICAgile.com.
After training support:
At the end of the training, each participant is invited to a closed group on Facebook, where they can ask the trainers any questions, as well as learn about exclusive offers.
Post-pack
A letter with additional materials, a list of articles and literature for self-study.

It was very useful training for me as I've just started my career as an agile coach. The information was well structured and it was all in the presentation. We played different engaging games and everything was well prepared for them and organized.
The trainers were very friendly and always ready to answer the questions and give practical examples from their own experience, which they have a lot. They were very supportive and helped me to understand even small details of the agile coachwork process with the team. I really appreciate the course. Thank you, Nastassia and Bar!

Product Ownership was my second on-line training with AgileLab. I have had already high expectations, but guys were able to deliver even more:)
  • Great overview from different perspectives and levels in an organization.
  • Framework agnostic, but the same time key differences were highlighted.
  • Practical examples, cases helped understand faster, better, deeper.
  • Very professional facilitation: hours have passed by without losing focus and keeping a required energy level in our group.
Be prepared to be tired mentally and physically (keep a piece of chocolate next to you:), but the results of the training are great. I feel inspired to start using recommendations, tools and continue my learning journey with AgileLab guys.
The training was good and taught me many new techniques.
