About the training

Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) is a 3-day intensive training on the tools and methods of Agile team coaching. From the basics of Agile Mindset to real immersion in individual and team coaching techniques. The training is structured as follows: based on the theory, participants complete practical exercises, and independently solve assigned tasks, moving from mistakes to knowledge.

The moderators of the workshop are international-level expert practitioners who successfully combine their coaching activities with their work in leading companies. Therefore, the course participants get direct experience based on real, working cases

The training program is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). The course is designed for advanced participants with experience in team work and relevant theoretical knowledge. At the end of the training, participants receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) personal certificate which is recognized worldwide.
