Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)

The Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track.

Facilitation experience is critical to productive teamwork. Skills and tools of facilitation help: fight team dysfunctions, develop a spirit of cooperation, increase effectiveness and autonomy by solving problems and planning future activities while maintaining the necessary level of involvement of each team member. Thus, facilitation skills help increase the maturity and mutual support of Agile teams.

Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)

The Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track. It is 3 days of intensive full-time study in the tools and methods of coaching Agile-team. From the basics of Agile Mindset to the real immersion in individual and team coaching. The training is structured as follows: based on the theory, participants complete practical exercises, and independently solve assigned tasks, moving from mistakes to knowledge.

Agile Team Facilitation Training helps to:
  • Master the basics of facilitation and its key tools and methods;
  • Identify the potential pitfalls of the workflow, and learn how to avoid them;
  • Learn to plan and conduct team activities;
  • Learn how to create exciting and effective team activities;
  • Teach each team member to contribute to the effectiveness of shared work.
Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) helps to:
  • Better understand the problems and needs of the business;
  • Learn to plan and conduct big events at the company level;
  • Detect potential pitfalls of the transformation process and learn how to avoid them;
  • Learn the basics of coaching and its key tools;
  • Use coaching tools to find a new use for common Agile practices.

3. Agile practices facilitation
Leading an Agile team to a successful result as the main objective of the Agile facilitator; methods for achieving it:
  • Recognize common obstacles in an Agile team's work
  • Assist team members in overcoming difficulties when applying key Agile practices
  • Apply common facilitation techniques to key Agile practices
  • Support teams and project delivery
  • Improve planning and other iteration activities
  • Conduct better retrospectives
