The Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track.

Facilitation experience is critical to productive teamwork. Skills and tools of facilitation help: fight team dysfunctions, develop a spirit of cooperation, increase effectiveness and autonomy by solving problems and planning future activities while maintaining the necessary level of involvement of each team member. Thus, facilitation skills help increase the maturity and mutual support of Agile teams.

The Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track. It is 3 days of intensive full-time study in the tools and methods of coaching Agile-team. From the basics of Agile Mindset to the real immersion in individual and team coaching. The training is structured as follows: based on the theory, participants complete practical exercises, and independently solve assigned tasks, moving from mistakes to knowledge.
As one of ICAgile’s most advanced knowledge-based certifications, the ICP-ENT designation validates an understanding of agility at the enterprise level from structural, process, leadership, and cultural perspectives.

This certification was explicitly designed for enterprise, program, and team-level Agile Coaches, Agile Team Facilitators, or anyone aspiring to these roles.
