About Training
Today your organization faces new challenges: it has to reduce time-to-market, update existing products faster, transform teams, change target audiences rapidly, enter new markets, and cut costs without compromising quality. To tackle these challengesyou have to change the organizational design. Organizational design is a company's structure and business processes. It impacts the ways a company implements its strategy and achieves goals.
how to design your adaptive architecture and address limitations, goals, and special features of your organization;
what elements and options of different team management and communication models (Agile frameworks) would work better for your adaptive design;
what every Agile framework lacks and how to cover it;
where to start the transformation, what to change and in what order to make the changes so that the transformation would be as seamless as possible not only for IT and Product teams, but also for HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams.
understand what your organizational design should cover and what aspects you should consider to develop it;
assess how adaptive every part of your organization should be and decide what individual parts require transformation;
understand how to build a self-organizing system that does not require any complex, long, and costly transformation projects;
assess critically consultants' suggestions and understand the world of Agile frameworks and models;
understand what changes, if any, you should introduce to your culture to improve adaptiveness;
make a diagram of your organization's structure and visualize it to see hidden, resource consuming, ineffective processes, teams or communications and to plan their transformation;
determine the first steps to start transforming your organization towards adaptive design.
